- I am a happily married (to Emma) proud father of 3 (to Logan, Dylan and Caidence). I have a degree in Drama, Theatre and Television from the University of Winchester, and I am trying to make a name for myself as an author. I have been very lucky to have had many different experiences in my life including working on documentaries on asylum seekers in Dover and community centres in Portsmouth, and have been involved in drama projects with the likes of HM Prison Winchester. I have been in several bands over the years, performing live with several of them, and recording a demo CD with the most successful of them. I also write songs myself, and have some (admittedly old) music of my own recorded. My main creative passion however, is writing, and this site has been set up to attempt to bring my ideas to a wider audience, while aiding me in the creative process by allowing me an outlet for my ideas. My first project in this form, "Postcards In Winter" (which can be viewed at http://ianmyerswriter.blogspot.com) was a moderate success, and with the lessons I have learned from it, I fully intend to make this newest venture even more successful!
